Stayed at Trekkle Cottage for a lovely getaway with family. The cottage had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy wood burner. The large enclosed garden was a hit with the kids and our dog. With two bathrooms, it was perfect for our family of five. On-street parking was always available, and we enjoyed exploring the charming village with its coffee shops and pubs. The location was ideal, with walks in Cally Forest and short drives to local beaches and Galloway Forest Park. Would definitely come again.

The cottage was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely wood burner and a beautiful garden. the bedrooms were all a good size and the two bathrooms were a great convenience for our family of five. On-street parking was readily available right outside the property. the location was ideal, within walking distance of coffee shops, pubs, and scenic walks in Cally Forest. We also appreciated being able to easily drive to local beaches and explore the Galloway Forest Park.
To be honest, there wasn't much that we didn't like about our weekend stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the cottage and in the surrounding area.
